Due to the custom nature of each product and the challenges of starting a business, we are currently unable to process returns and/or refunds for the following reasons:
- Product does not fit as expected. We've included a size guide under 'Description' to minimize sizing issues however, products will most likely fit you the same way your other clothes do. For example, if you usually wear shirts in a Large, you should purchase shirts from us in a Large size too.
- Wrong and/or Inexact Addresses. It is your responsibility to enter your address correctly. If we believe there may be a discrepancy with the address you submitted, we'll try to contact you immediately but do not rely on us to do this as we receive several orders a day and won't catch everything.
- You don't like the product. We strive to make all our streetwear as appealing and vibrant as possible. If you're not 100% sure you would wear an item, send us a message Here and we'll send you additional product photos and information that should aid in your decision. Unfortunately, Buyer's Remorse is not grounds for a refund at this time.
As OUTTIRE™ grows, our Returns & Refund Policy will be updated to permit more flexibility and leniency with returns allowing you to return your product for additional reasons.
If your item arrives damaged (ripped, blotched, etc.) or in a different size than the size you ordered, OUTTIRE™ will take full responsibility and re-ship the item or provide a 100% refund including any shipping costs, no questions asked. This is our promise to you.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to report any damages and/or inconsistencies, process your return and receive such a refund.
