Returns

If your product(s) arrives damaged or in a different size than you ordered, we'll send your order again free of charge!

Due to the challenges of starting a business and the custom nature of each product, we are currently unable to process returns and/or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Poor Fit - A size chart is available on each product to help find your perfect size. 
  • Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by USPS, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment. An order can go unclaimed if a courier cannot enter a gated community because access codes weren't provided, for example.
  • Buyer's Remorse - We strive to make our apparel as appealing as possible. If you're not 100% sure you would wear an item, send us a message here and we'll send you more photos and info that may help with your decision.

You may start a refund by emailing us at hello@outtire.com with the subject "Return."

Please, include your order number in the email and the reason for the return. We may require a photo to be submitted with your return report to complete a reshipment. It's best to include photos with your initial email to expedite the process.

Please submit claims for misprinted, damaged, and/or defective products within 21 days from the date you receive your order. For packages lost in transit, please submit claims no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.
