Returns

If your product(s) arrives damaged, misprinted or in a different size than you ordered, we'll send your order again free of charge!

Due to the challenges of starting a business and the custom nature of each product, we are currently unable to process returns and/or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Poor Fit - A size chart is available on each product to help find your perfect size. 
  • Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by our courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment. For example, an order can go unclaimed if a courier cannot enter a gated community because access codes weren't provided.
  • Buyer's Remorse - We strive to make our attire as appealing as possible. If you're not 100% sure you would wear a product, use the live chat button to contact us and we'll send you more photos & info to help you choose.

You may start a refund by emailing us at hello@outtire.com with the Subject "Return" and including your order number.

We may require a photo to be submitted with your return report to complete a reshipment. It's best to include photos with your initial email to expedite the process.

Please submit claims for misprinted, damaged, and/or defective products within 21 days from the date you receive your order. For packages lost in transit, please submit claims no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.

United States 1st-time Returns

We are currently accepting first-time returns for members in the United States if they need to return their order due to sizing issues.
