You may return or exchange your order for any reason within 21 days except the two reasons listed below.
We are currently unable to offer returns and/or exchanges for the following two reasons:
- Insufficient Address — If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs (even if you received free shipping) once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Wrong Address — If you provide the wrong address, and your order is delivered to someone else, and we can't retrieve the package, you will be responsible for the entire order and reshipment costs (even if you received free shipping) if you want your products.
How to Return Your Order

To process your return, you will need the following information associated with your order:
- Your Email Address
- Your Order Number
- A Picture of the damaged product (if applicable
- The Reason for Your Return
Please start a return or exchange within 21 days from the date you receive your order. For packages lost during delivery, please submit claims within 21 days of the estimated delivery date.
